Inclusion & Diversity

At Ibrahim Al-Tamimi Engineering Consultancy, we are committed to building an inclusive and diverse environment across all dimensions of our human capital, including culture, nationality, belief, ethnicity, gender, and age.

As a result of this rich diversity within our workplace, our behaviors and actions toward our employees are shaped by their voices, reflecting their opinions, ideas, and professional aspirations. This provides us with strong momentum to achieve our strategy, which aims for growth and transformation aligned with progressive ambitions. For this reason, we actively listen to the “voice of our employees” and ensure that our decisions reflect all dimensions of diversity within our corporate culture.

Our commitment to diversity—through integrating internationally qualified global talent with highly skilled national professionals in compliance with Saudization requirements that support Saudi Vision 2030—makes our workplace an ideal model for exemplary work environments. This integration acts as a positive force that enables employees to gain the knowledge and professional skills necessary to advance their careers and their journey within Ibrahim Al-Tamimi Engineering Consultancy.

To support cultural diversity within the organization, an Ethics and Compliance Program has been implemented in alignment with our core values of “Trust and Integrity.” We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, color, gender, age, or origin. From this principle, we affirm that our dealings with employees are primarily based on mutual respect, collaborative relationships, and professional performance—nothing else.

Recognizing that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders, we have placed special focus on them at Ibrahim Al-Tamimi Engineering Consultancy by establishing a program dedicated to young Saudi talent recruited directly into the organization. This program aims to hire fresh Saudi graduates and immediately enroll them in a structured onboarding and mentorship program designed to rapidly transfer knowledge and required competencies.
