Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Ibrahim Al-Tamimi Engineering Consultancy is a specialized engineering firm providing a comprehensive range of architectural and engineering services. The company focuses on project management, construction supervision, and building design, including both architectural and interior design. Our team is composed of experienced architects, engineers, technicians, planners, and other specialists, enabling us to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions that transform our clients’ visions into reality. We are committed to executing innovative and impactful projects while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, precision, and quality.
Since its establishment in 2016, ITAEC has been dedicated to providing integrated engineering consultancy services for infrastructure and superstructure projects. The firm serves both public and private sectors across a wide range of urban and development projects. Our services include architectural, structural, and electromechanical design, project management, engineering supervision, technical studies and reports, licensing and approvals, as well as the preparation of detailed construction drawings, bill of quantities, and technical specifications. We are committed to delivering fully integrated engineering solutions that comply with regulations and project requirements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient execution.
The founder is an architectural engineer with over 16 years of experience in architectural design, construction, and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Science from King Saud University – College of Architecture and Planning. After graduation, he joined several leading companies in real estate development and contracting, where he gained extensive field and managerial experience in executing and managing large-scale projects. He has worked across both the public and private sectors, progressing through various professional roles.
In 2016, he established a design and construction office specializing in residential units, which later evolved into a consultancy office providing integrated architectural design and real estate studies for development and investment companies. His work focuses on optimizing land use through innovative design solutions, providing advisory support for investment opportunity evaluation, and qualifying developers and relevant stakeholders.
